Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Surf City 5 & 10.
 An original receipt dated within 30 days of purchase is required for ALL returns / exchanges. No Returns and Exchanges accepted without the original sales receipt. All merchandise must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Clothing must have original tags on the item.
"Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
Receipts dated after 30 days from purchase may be exchanged, or refunded in the form of a gift card only.
Some items are not returnable:Bikes; Inflatables;Hermit crabs/cages;Balloons;Bulk candy;and
"Red slashed" ticketed sale items.

 NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR USED BEACH ITEMS.. Other restrictions may apply.
